A delegation from the university has visited the chief police for congratulating him on assuming the position.

       A delegation from  Jabir bin  Hayyan  medical  university  headed by  Prof.Dr. Ali Mahood Al-shammari ,the president of the university , accompanied by the scientific assistant Prof.Dr. saffaa Al-obeidi  ,the administrative assistant assist.Prof. Ahmed Al-muhanna and in charge  of the university  legal division the jurist  Ahmed Saleh;  has visited the  police chief of Al-Najaf city ;brigadier –general Mohammed Abed Al-Wahed Al-Lami. The  president of the university has congratulated him  for assuming the position and  presented him a bouquet of flowers.

      The talking between the delegation and  police chief has focused on gathering  efforts for serving  the Commander of believers 's city and having  permanent  security in it.

     In this respect, Prof.Dr. Ali Al-shamimari  praised on the role and effort of  policemen in protecting the citizens of the city and he pointed to the importance of edifying them in a level that reflects the history, culture and civilization of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf. Then , the president of the university has told the chief police a lot of information about  the medical university  concerning  how it has been established and his ambition in instituting other colleges.
