His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hussain Al-Shahristani said that the Ministry has activated with Iranian Deputy of Ministry of Sciences and Technical Research, Mr. Salar Amili, Iranian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Hassan Danaaei and a number of officials and Presidents of the Iraqi and Iranian Universities MOUs to serve the two countries.
